Christina Maniatis

Christina Maniatis is the Principal Lawyer of Oxford Partners Lawyers and a formidable force in Family Law litigation in Victoria. Known for her uncompromising approach and strategic precision, Christina acts for clients in high-stakes parenting and property disputes where outcomes matter.

Practising exclusively in Family Law, Christina regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, advocating in complex, high-conflict matters. She is particularly experienced in cases involving entrenched parenting disputes, urgent recovery and intervention applications, and property settlements where assets are disputed, concealed, or structurally complex.
