Kayla Paine

Prior to being admitted to the Supreme Court, Kayla graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Global Studies and completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. She has always had a passion for Family Law since the beginning of her studies.

Kayla’s approach is client-focused as she fosters efficiency, empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Understanding that the legal system can be an intimidating and daunting experience, Kayla strives to ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed throughout their legal journey.
